Nichole helped me sell my house in Georgia when I was moving out of state in April 2023. She was knowledgeable about the whole process and gave me lots of information on some things I could do to help make the house ready when the time came to list it. I was an out of state seller and Nichole did an excellent job as my boots on the ground in Georgia. She always kept me up to date on offers and current market details and secured an offer that exceeded my expectations. She was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Nichole took a 12 acre parcel that had sat for over a year when originally listed and sold it in weeks! I can't even remember how long is stayed listed because it was that quick. I don't even think it was 2 months before the closing! She reached out to builders/developers, and she found us a CASH BUYER and had her do a quick close for us and sold it for $65,000 more than what we purchased it for.
She has connections, she knows where to go, and she excels at mediation.
There were four of us who owned this property and we were half divided on expectations and desires for the selling. I feel so bad for Nichole because she had to do a lot of therapy sessions with us to get the group on the same page. And the most impressive part to me was that the Buyer NEVER KNEW!
