Nancy helped my husband and I sell our home during the height of the Covid 19 lockdown. This was an exceptionally stressful time for most people including ourselves. Nancy reassured us with her knowledge of the market and her experience that we would be able to do this and get the price that we needed. While we were worried that the market would crash, Nancy stayed calm and reassuring during the worst of times. She guided us on what we needed to do to get the most for our home and she even offered to help when we needed it the most. Nancy contacted us after we showed interest in seeing a home for sale. She patiently took us to the home as well as a couple of others in the area for comparison. This was a second home so she had to do a lot of the contract and paperwork online and had a great system to help guide us through the process as well as get everything done in a timely manner, but also allowing us enough time to understand all the docs we were signing. She also did quite a bit of hand-holding for us during the earnest and inspection points of the sale. She connected us with a handyman and plumber who are still doing things around the property. When we were having troubles getting our internet working, she was able to provide a contact that was able to work around the block Centurylink had for the area and get us online. Still really slow, but should be faster after the new year, they say... Not her fault on the speed, but without Nancy, we wouldn't have anything. She also did the walk-through in our place.
