My parents live in Maple Hollow, in Duncansville, on Piedmont. I have often toyed with the idea of buying a second home there, since I go back and forth so much. One of the units was for sale and I called Anna to see it. She found out that there was already a sale pending, but I got to talk to her at great length about my buying plans, the area, areas she would recommend for my budget, and I intend to go out looking with her on my next visit in about 10 days.
