As first time home buyers we did not know what we were getting into or what to expect buying a home, Sunday was with us the whole way through. She was helpful in answering our questions small or big. We were working with a tight budget, this didnt scare Sunday at all! She listened to our needs and wants even with a small budget, and she went above and beyond to deliver. In the middle of a crazy market Sunday knew how add the special touch to our offers. After an offer went through Sunday had all the connections and resources we needed, specifically a great inspector. Her inspector noticed a foundation issue on the house we had been accepted for. We got cold feet and backed out. She was with us the whole way through, never getting frustrated as we started the whole process over. In the end we found a BEAUTIFUL house the met all our needs. Sunday was a wonder real estate agent. She helped so much in finding the right property, negotiating with the sellers and understand the jargon! She made us feel comfortable asking questions and had great suggestions regarding communications. She also took time after the sale to help us navigate through the important mail pertaining to our purchase, as oppressed to the swarm of confusing junk mail that new owners receive in the mail. She has also helped remind us and get quotes for basic upgraded that were recommended by the inspector. We highly recommend her services! 2019
