What started out as an easy house sale, ended up a nightmare when the city's sewer system backed up in the basement of our property, just before closing! We had no idea since we weren't living in it and were several hours away. Julia handled the situation, making all sorts of phone calls to make sure the situation was taken care of. She helped me find all the right people to repair problems and make replacements as needed, and we were able to close later that same week! She was amazing and never wavered in helping us through it all, and we never had to drive over to inspect, she did it all! Highly recommend!

We moved to Kansas from over 1,000 miles away. Julie and Stacie were phenomenal at assisting us with EVERYTHING involving the house buying process. They were always quick to answer the MANY questions we had. When the day comes for us to sell this place, I plan on looking Julie and Stacie up to help us once again!
