We had already relocated out of state to FL and were reliant upon April to help us with the virtual management of the process and the finalization of the deal itself.
The following are just a few examples of her actions and attention to detail. There were several initial inquiries from prospective buyers regarding the gas and mineral rights for the property, April was diligent in researching the specifics and relaying this information to the potential buyers on numerous occasions. She constantly rolled up her sleeves to help present the property in the best way that she could.. including assisting with spring landscaping and even freshening up the weeds herself.
During one Open House, she wanted to be sure that the pool area was highlighted for its full entertainment capacity - and brought inflatable pool props and even had a bar-b-que of hamburgers and hot dogs for all the attendees of the open house.
