Where do I start. I have bought and sold properties since 80s, and dealt with more than 15 agents over the years. Finally found an agent that not only listens, but goes the extra mile to get it done and done right to my benefit. I have been in process with Khang Ngo on 4 buy and sell of condos and homes in past 3 years in Tampa area.. First agent not to direct me to a property just to make money. Process of buying and selling has worked to my advantage of making most of the deal. I would recommend to any friend in need of services to buy, sell, or leasing out a unit. He has been invaluable in all three of these areas for me. An example of his input on listing my last condo earned me an extra 20,000 above selling price. Yes, that is correct. Listening to his input on listing at correct pricing got me an overbid by two interested parties in one weekend to sell it. I highly recommend that you seek a different realtor after my experience with this guy. He was pressuring me to run my credit and said that I sounded like a nice guy like many people before on the phone but then I end up wasting his time on going to do a viewing of a property and he eventually finds out that I have a 550 credit score! He pressures you to get his own way and tries to tell you that I need to pre run my credit on Zillow when I haven't I am gathering information and haven't even asked for a scheduled viewing or done an application. It is terrible to be treated and looked down on by someone in his supposedly professional position. I never would do business with him. I was looking at a luxury townhouse leased unit. 2022

I have bought and sold properties more than 20 times. Finally have found an agent to outdo all others of past. He will not let you make a bad move only to put money in his or agencies pocket. It is important to have a knowledgeable agent in areas of Florida that will make and not lose equity. Also, to get top price for your sale, or not let you over pay while making a significant purchase. I have now used Khang Ngo more than 5 occasions in buying and get rental services. I have found him top notch in getting me the best renters and top amount for my area and sq footage. So, yes, I would definitely recommend any one searching their first property or simply looking for an agent to get the most for your listing or get you a fair price and not over pay on the buying end.
If youre buying a house in the Tampa area, Khang is your guy - he did an AMAZING job! Im a first time homebuyer and wasnt completely sure about the process or how everything worked. Khang gave me his honest opinion about locations and pricing, and he worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for me.
