What can I say about the man that is Miguel Rodriguez, well first he is honest he tells it like it is and doesn't cut corners. He is always looking out for his clients' best interest a quality which you will not always find out there in the market place. He is always on time and works hard to be available to serve the client in whatever way he can. Miguel was originally assigned to us thru Zillow, and after couple conversations we have decided this it, he was our agent. It took full two years to find our perfect second home in sunny FL. The property we had an eye on turned out to be not so great, and we ended up buying a beautiful condo in the heart of Aventura. I tend to be impatient at times and ask a lot of questions and he just took me in his stride, he was always calm and willing to offer his advice. If you want someone that is not intimidating, not pushy or simply disappear on your second communication attempt, but rather someone that will value you as a home buyer, then Miguel is your guy. He may be the most patient person I know; hes completely open to hearing what you have to say, he seemed to always be available for my questions, no hesitant to accommodate any of the buyer-seller needs and he never gives up. We are so glad that we were able to work with Miguel on this transaction and cannot recommend him highly enough!
