This is my 3rd transaction with Mint Grant. I have sold 1 home and purchased 2 homes with Mint Grant. The marketing she uses is not only strategically implemented property by property, she also uses the latest marketing tools available. Prior to listing my home she gave excellent advise on how to stage my home for the best possible picture's and offers. After listing my home we had several offers within 2 days, accepted a generous over asking, and had sold sign up on the 3rd day with all my needs met in the contract. She is an awesome negotiator. Mint trys to be available at all times. I wouldn't use anyone else to by or sell my property.
Mint knew exactly what the right price point was, helped us get the house ready for a smooth sale, professionally handled all the marketing, showings and offers. We sold the house in less than 48 hours for more than we were asking.
This was the first time I purchased a home, like many I was nervous and not sure what to expect of the process, I think like many I've heard horror stories, and the current Covid-19 situation didn't help.
I couldn't have been more wrong. The first day out looking at condo's we found my condo, one that she herself added and not one which was my pick.
A month later I am a brand new homeowner. My loan officer, when he called to congratulate me on the finalized purchased mentioned how lucky I am, how smooth a process this has been, and how great Amint is!
