Exceptional from start to finish! We purchased our first home with Brandi's help and don't know what we would have done without her. Brandi went above and beyond helping us find a house. We were competing against everyone frantically buying in a market where houses were going for well above asking in a matter of days. We got a terrific house at a totally reasonable price!
The thing you might need to know is that realtors really need good connections for inspection, repairs, and general estimates. Once the inspection happened Brandi mobilized this enormous team to get in quotes for everything, even with the super fast sale we were in.
She was also really helpful and calm, and both encouraging and realistic about each house. She didnt walk around gesturing and exclaiming, cant you just SEE how you could fix this up here? the way some realtors will. Shes savvy!

We were lucky enough to stumble into one of her open houses, and we decided we liked her so much that we quickly called to schedule a follow-up meeting. After also meeting with a few other realtors, we knew Brandi was the best choice. This was our first home buying experience so we were walking in blind. Brandi was patient and thoroughly explained the process to us and answered our many questions. She was always quick to respond and made herself available to us any time we needed her. My husband is a structural engineer and was picky through the entire process and Brandi handled it with ease. She showed us over 24 houses before we landed on our final choice, and was willing to fit those showings into my strict work schedule. Not only did she handle those things well, but she tackled the entire home buying process of making a competitive offer, scheduling inspections and appraisals, negotiating repairs and meeting tight deadlines like an absolute champion (and let me assure you, it was no easy task). In the end the repairs were done, we closed on time, we got an amazing first home and we owe it all to Brandi.
