Anita Helton-Green was a pro every step of the way: She helped me stage my home for photographs, she connected me with qualified contractors for improvements, she did market research for setting an asking price, and she wrote an excellent description of my home for real estate websites. Next she presented the multiple offers in a thoughtful way so I could make a decision, she pivoted and made recommendations when the first offer fell through, and she stewarded the ultimate buyer and their agent through the whole process... Then she celebrated with me when we sold way over asking price. I would definitely hire Anita again!
