Shalle Wolff did an amazing job on the recent sale of my house. At the beginning, we thought it would sell quickly and easily. To say the least it didn't go as planned. Seemed to hit every hole on the road during the sale process, to the point I was ready to give up and just live in a house and a town that I didn't care for much anymore. Shalle was amazing when we bought our first home! She was sick for two weeks during our negotiations period and still took the time, without a voice, to help us get closed and ensured we were happy with everything. This was our first house and she was fantastic about making recommendations, pointing out damages and problem areas in the homes we missed, going over everything in detail so we understood, and helping us with every step of the way so we didnt get overwhelmed. We went through a national online lender for our loan and they were problematic to work with, Shalle helped us with every issue that arose and made sure we were being protected every step of the way. Every inspector, appraiser, etc. that we had to use was wonderful and came recommended by her. She did everything perfectly.
