We were ultimately glad we used Dixie to sell our home. She is experienced and has seen all kinds of markets. We had sold homes before but they sold in a hot market and got multiple offers right away. This time we were selling a house in a price range and location that made for a smaller pool of buyers, particularly with interest rates being high. And, unlike our prior sales, we had moved out of the area by the time we listed the house so we needed to rely on our agent to handle things without us being able to double check on them. Dixie provided reassurance that the house was desirable and priced correctly and we just had to be a bit patient for the right buyer to see it. And she and Tamara Beauchard handled everything we needed them to handle to our satisfaction. While it still took about 75 days from listing to sale, it seems likely that the house would have taken longer to sell and/or for less money with a different agent. The people who ultimately bought our house weren't even looking in our location until they met Dixie and she encouraged them to look at our house because it would be such a good fit and adjacent to their target location.
