Peter's wife (Alison) was our agent. By far, the worst experience my husband and I have ever had with over 45 years combined of buying homes and relocating across the country. She must not have reviewed the purchase agreeemnt, because I wasn't even included on it initially and then there were spelling errors in my name after adding me and also in all title documents. Spellcheck? Attention to detail? She didn't negotiate contingencies, didn't coordinate close on time, home was not ready, and we were homeless waiting to move in after over a week of diving in the car with our dog. We both work from home and the poorly handled move impacted my career, as well as caused additional expenses and stress. They made us wait for the close for some reason and then we found out it was for something they could have mailed to us that didnt even need signing. Poor communication and dropped the ball.She did do a walk through with us remotely a few days before close, and saw that they house was not ready, but we had provided a list of items for the builders to finsih a month before that and nothing was followed up on or ready. 2017
