We were referred to Malea Southward and Team TruNorth by someone we knew. We really had no idea what to expect, nor did we anticipate that we were being referred to the best agent EVER. We live in Washington state and work full time so we anticipated the process to be a little complicated due to proximity and limited time. We could not have been more wrong. Malea made every step of this deal seamless and easy for us. She reminded us of critical dates, had our backs on details we were not familiar with and provided us with valuable insight every step of the way.
In a tight and competitive market, she immediately jumped on every property that fit our parameters so that we were always one of the 1st to make an offer on several properties. The fact that we did not end up purchasing those had nothing to do with her but had everything to do with our willingness to increase our offer beyond our comfort zone.
However she found us the perfect house, made the process fun and took perfect care of us along the way. The bonus is that we adore her and consider her a new friend!
