We can't recommend Chad highly enough! No doubt there are a lot of realtors out there, but in our opinion, Chad is hands down the best choice. No matter the market, buying a home is always stressful. He sent me listings that met my criteria, which were a bit narrow, and did not try to steer me away from my target house. He did suggest researching crime stats for the various neighborhoods, and gave helpful advice on earnest money and counter-offering.
