When I say I had the most effortless home buying process, it was LITERALLY the most effortless home buying process. Mark and Sarah at The Orlando Home Squad are the best. Period. My wife and I wanted to upgrade our home to start a family. I reached out to Mark with a general inquiry and immediately he said, Alright, I set up three appointments. Lets go see these houses! We love old and quirky homes, so shopping for us is no easy task. One home in particular caught our eye, and he took us for a tour on the same day. It ended up being our dream home.
Heres where the hard work came in. To buy our dream home, we had to submit a contingent to sell offer, then have Mark and Sarah list and sell our current home as fast as possible. Our current home was ALSO old, quirky and unique, so Mark and his team committed to showing the home every weekend till we got an offer.
Once we accepted an offer on our old home me had LOTS of hiccups with financing, appraisals, inspections etc, but the Home Squad never skipped a beat and treated us like family. The Dream Home under-appraised, and we thought the sellers were going to back out. Mark used his expert negotiation skills to convince our sellers to stick with us. That never would have happened with a lesser realtor.
We also had numerous title and financing issues along the way which Sarah handled flawlessly.

Mark is truly the best realtor for your needs- particularly if youre a first-time home buyer. He listened intently to what I was looking for and not only made the prospect of home-buying seem possible for me (when I thought I was a year away), he also made it incredibly fun! He really focuses on celebrating each little milestone of the process- which made the whole ordeal much less stressful. By the time I got to closing day I felt excited and ready.
