Our family just moved to Idaho from the East Coast, and found Boise's red-hot real estate market to be a daunting process to handle from afar. Donna sold a house for me at the same time we bought another house this spring. With two contracts going at the same time, there was a lot of paperwork and legwork to get through quickly while sticking to a schedule.

Donna Wade was luckily recommended to us by a local friend, and she is 100% worth the recommendation. The responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge that she possesses is incredible. If that is not enough, she is just an extremely fun, joyous person to be around. Donna legitimately has a passion for helping her clients reach their goals, whatever that may be. We flipped and flopped back and forth on the type of house we want, which varied widely, and each time Donna fully supported our decisions and honed in on the exact types of houses we wanted.
