Catherine Kelly provided my wife and I with a professional and friendly buyer experience for both houses and land in mainly Park County. We visited several house and land sites and discussed many other ones reviewed online. On site visits were thorough and questions to sellers were followed up quickly. After service years of trying to sell my vacation home, giving Clark Hess the listing was a great choice. From start to finish, it was an great experience. He gave us great advice on the pricing of the home. Through his marketing expertise, the home had more showings than with previous agents. Since we were not in residence, Clark was helpful making sure that our home was ready for all the showings.
He also went out of his way to ensure every detail was taken care of from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property.

Any questions that came up about the home from potential buyers, were researched and answered. If he could not answer the questions, we were contacted and provided him with the answers.

My buying experience with Clark Hess of Century 21 Summit Realty was exceptional, we have bought many homes over the years an understand the process well, so we know good realtors from bad ones and Clark is at the top of his game.

Clark was interested in answering all of our questions and if he did not know the answer he found it out in a timely fashion.

He also kept us in the loop every step of the way, when E Docs were sent and received, plus all back and forth negotiating.

He was personable, professional and honest in all of our dealings. He was a great go between for the sellers and us as the buyers. He always strived for a fair deal for all involved. He went above & beyond the call of duty and made us feel comfortable with our decision.
