We had the pleasure of working with Eric and Lisa West for the sale of our condo on Maui. Being from Canada, we were not familiar with the realtors on the island.
We were looking for a realtor in the top 3% of sales and interviewed a few before choosing Eric. His knowledge and use of social media, as well as doing his own photography, video and drone footage was impressive. The process wasnt without some issues, partly because of our unfamiliarity with the U.S. system. However, as Eric was in regular communication with us and answered all our questions and concerns promptly, he made the whole process seamless. This was of great importance to us as we were back in Canada during the sale and escrow process.

Eric is a knowledgeable realtor. I was skeptical at first in investing in Maui as I did not know much about this market. He spent almost 1/2 days taking me and my brother to see the good potential places for either living on paradise or vacation rental for potential rental income. Then I spent months researching Maui and he was right. Maui is a great place to live and invest if we ever wanted a little extra income while working toward retirement goals.
