We met Sharon when we requested a showing at a gated community in Punta Gorda. We quickly realized this was not the community for us and was disappointed.
After talking with Sharon about what we wanted in a home and community, she quickly said "I think Seminole Lakes is the best place to look for your new home."
Sharon emailed us a list of available homes the next day and we scheduled a showing for Saturday. We feel in love with the house and the community and made an offer immediately.
That probably should have been the end of the story, but buying a house is never easy.
There was our existing home to sell, counter offers and of course financing. Sharon stuck with us as we waded through the process, giving advice and support. I think we might have just given up and stayed in our old house without Sharon's help.
