John is amazing. We used him in 2018 to purchase our first home and then again in 2020. In 2020 John sold our home and helped us purchase a new home. He timed everything perfectly and had our last home sold even before hitting the market. John's network of realtors reached out to him premarket to schedule a showing and the home was gone within hours. No open houses, no showings to work around, one day and we were done. Additionally, John was able to advocate for us throughout the buying process to make sure the sellers fixed all of the issues found on the inspection. John will be with you every step of the way and make you feel calm and secure. He also has great jokes and will get on the roof to check it out. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty.
