My brother and I hired this realtor on the team of Kelly Hayne. Unfortunately the realtor was unprofessional and caused much traveling and could have cost my family alot of money due to how some documents were not shown right as 2 sellers who are both on a trust and labeled only one as the trust and misspelling of my name which could have had legal causes. I have reached out in a email to Mr Hayne but no response as of Friday April 19th 2024. It took 3 times to fix one of the documents and at least 4 times on the names on the document . I shared it in emails as well to Mr Hayne. Proof read all documents before signing with this agency. The document mess caused lots of stress and extra time which also almost could have caused the buyers to possibly back out.

Tonya went ABOVE and BEYOND for my husband and I during the process of buying our first home. Helped us navigate VA inspector difficulties, sent me new houses to say yea or nay to almost daily, was ready to tour houses with us also almost dailythis lady is on top of it!! She stuck with us for about 6 months of shopping, even when we were feeling defeated by the market. We never felt pressure, we never felt like she was trying to sell us a house that didnt make sense for us, and she was honest when we came to a house that we didnt see the flaws in quite yet as new homebuyers. It felt like she protected us from buying a project we werent prepared for or a house that needed a lot more help than was evident in the listing. Its now been a year since we bought our home and she has continued a relationship with us and we just love her! When we are ready for house #2 we absolutely will be bugging Tonya.
