Heidi sold our house a couple months ago. We were totally pleased with her knowledge of the real estate business in our area and the surrounding areas. Our house had guest quarters, it took a lot of research to find like properties to evaluate price. Heidi with her team held many open houses not just a couple. They worked hard to sell our house during a time of market change. She kept us informed all along the way. When we needed assistance finding a last minute repair person, she found one. Since we were out of town, she helped coordinate contractors and assisted with the disposal of waste on our property. She went above normal requirements for an agent. We would highly recommend her. We would have her represent us again.
