Matt made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. Another great method they utilized in listing our home was a 3D virtual tour. This home had many family memories and having the ability to take this 3D virtual tour with us on a thumb drive to visit virtually, after it sold, gives us the ability to always go back and see how the house looked. Just a thoughtful, nice gesture.
His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Our house went under contract less than 10 days after we put it on the market at full asking price. Matt walked us through every step of the closing process.
