We started looking at houses with Jared in February 2023. From the jump Jared was easy to communicate with and just a joy to be around. Funny, kind, and super knowledgeable, at every visit Jared took time to explain what he was seeing in the property: worrisome electrical, signs of deeper structural problems, shady seller demands. As a first time homebuyer this was invaluable.
Jared understood what our key wants were and helped us avoid jumping into anything that didnt seem like a good fit. When we finally found our home, Jared knew it as much as we did.
We also had a VERY complicated buying process because the sellers werebananas. 10 days from closing in May, the sellers backed out due to undisclosed title problems. But we wanted the house, and so we waited an additional 7 months for the sellers to be ready. Jared was with us the whole way. That is like UNHEARD of. He stuck with us for 12 months because he knew how much we wanted this place.
Ive recommended Jared to some friends and theyve all had great experiences as well. I really cannot sing his praises loudly enough.

Went in totally blind into the home buying process and a friend recommended Jared when we were looking for an agent to work with. We bought two houses with Jared as our agent, one in 2015 and one in 2021. Both time we used him we were delighted. We knew that we wanted someone we could talk to as peers and not feel like we were being pushed into anything we didnt want, and we knew instantly that Jared was the realtor for us. Both times he made the process as fun as it could be, whether it was sharing us listings he thought wed like in emails or texts, touring houses, negotiating, and closings. When we put the offer in on our current house, it turned into a situation where we had to submit a best and highest offer as there was another bidder and the sellers were looking to avoid a bidding war. My wife and I were ready to go big but Jared calmed us down and explained why he wanted to make a specific offer at exactly this amount and he suggested that we increase our initial deposit, waive some parts of the inspection, and a few other pieces to help sweeten the deal and it worked! The other potential buyer had offered the exact same dollar amount, but our offer was better and it was all thanks to Jareds suggestion. He saved us almost $20,000.
