From the first contact with Darrell he had our best interests in mind. We had not problems with contacting or communicating with him. He took into account our personalities and preferences during this process and advised us in our decision making. He is so knowledgeable of the Caledonia area his background experience was evident. We started the process of walking though homes just before the Coronavirus pandemic and the stay-at-home orders were in place. Despite these abrupt changes to the home buying process Darrell was able to creatively get through these barriers while maintaining safety. With social distancing we were unable to walk through this home. Darrell contacted the sellers realtor to arrange and instruct him on performing a virtual walk through using Zoom. All went smoothly and believe it or not we put an offer in on a home we hadnt physically been inside. We trusted Darrell advisement and expert offer writing that made our offer contingent in the event that there be delays in inspections, in-person walk through, etc. Through this time we had constant communication and updates. The day of closing was anticlimactic honestly but in a positive way.
