I did some on line research before hiring to find a top agent in our area. We were selling an estate home that had a dated interior. Kim was the first and only agent I interviewed. He is a seasoned agent with a terrific work ethic that dates back way before his real estate career to the days when he delivered newspapers to his neighbors.
