Diane definitely knows real estate. One thing that could have been better was communication through email. It would take a day or two for a response through email and typically I'd just end up texting. The other thing was knowing the history behind the property that was being sold could have been better. When we would ask questions, the answers weren't always known and this listing wasn't accurate. Diane was prompt to get an answer and did what she could to help correct the inaccurate information. 2023
