We have been in our new home for almost two months now and still absolutely in love with it, and it wouldn't have been possible without Brittany. We were first-time homebuyers, so this was all new territory to us. I made contact with Brittany as an agent for a house we were interested in. From day one, working with Brittany felt comfortable, more like working with a friend. She let us drag her to a few houses we thought we were interested in, and we realized our wants and needs were different than what we had originally thought. Brittany was helpful in finding us what we were actually looking for. In fact, the house we ended up buying was one she suggested we stop in and look at herself. Thank goodness we did, because we liked it so much, we wanted to put an offer in on the spot. I still find it amazing that she was able to see what we liked and didn't better than we could, and ultimately directed us to the perfect home. That aside, Brittany stayed in constant contact with us and our lender, ensured all of our documentation and paperwork was processed and delivered to the right people, we really had nothing to stress about except for saying yes or no. She took this big scary experience and made it so easy and stress-free. Even after the transaction, Brittany was sure to check in, and she even stopped by to see how things were going. I love the fact she took the extra time out of her busy schedule to see how us new home-owners were doing; that truly shows just how much she cared about us as clients, even after the deal was done. When any of our friends and family start looking for a house, we will most certainly refer them to Brittany. Thank you so much for making this dream a (painless) reality for our family!
