I am delighted with the job they did for selling my home. I had a fixer upper and I was leaving the state. I had gone through other real estate agents, so I prepared myself for the worst...but it never came! Mike Dunn is the best! We had to do some minor fixes, and he handled it all from calling to getting estimates to making sure things were done right with the inspector coming. We had an initial 'interview' meeting with both Mike and Ray, and were impressed with their knowledge of the area and credentials. After signing with them to sell our house, we primarily worked with Mike. He was fabulous! He kept us in the loop every step of the way, and always returned emails and phone calls promptly. Because of Mike and Ray's recommendation about the market, we listed our home earlier than originally we originally planned. This turned out to be a great move due to the COVID-19 outbreak. After the first 'interview' meeting, we primarily worked with Mike. He was fabulous to work with. He and Ray really know the market in Southern Anne Arundel County, where our house was located. They were right on the money with the recommended sale price, which was actually higher than we were expecting (based on some other agents' suggestions). Mike knew all the steps we needed to go through and kept us in the loop at all times. We were upset on several occasions because of some repairs we needed, difficulties in the process because of COVID-19 restrictions, and settlement delays on the part of our buyers. But Mike remained calm during our agitation and walked us through the options; we really valued his advice. Our only regret was that we couldn't use his and Ray's services in buying a new home as we moved out of the area. :-) We will surely be recommending them to our friends and family in the area.
