Ellwood Reid is hands down the best realtor I have had the experience of working with. I own a few rentals and have worked with the purchase of my primary home with Ellwood. I have referred him to several friends and family. In the last two years he has helped my 24-year old son purchase his first two homes with his first purchase at 21-years-old. All of my referrals have attested to his professionalism, ability to advocate and negotiate well for his clients and his in-depth knowledge of the purchase/sell and lending process.

I met Ellwood after reading several agents profiles and reviews. I was really impressed with how long he had been in business in the area, the positive reviews, and that he has experience as the buyers agent for new construction, which was a route my husband and I were considering.
Ellwood, from the start, has been incredibly responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that I never felt like I was competing for his time. Because Im a nurse who works night shift, I needed flexibility with showing times (mornings, evenings, and weekends), and he delivered. He developed a good sense of what we were looking for in a home and never tried to push us to buy something we werent interested in. We definitely felt as though Ellwood was in our corner and looking out for us. Ellwood was quick to respond if I texted or emailed at odd times with I need to see this house as soon as possible, which I think, made a difference in us being able to buy our dream home. He also put us into contact with a fantastic mortgage loan originator.
Once we were under contract, Ellwood and his transaction coordinator kept the closing process running smoothly and relatively pain free. From time of contract to close was just 26 days.
Overall, I highly recommend Ellwood Reid as your agent. Hes knowledgeable, dependable, in your corner, and professional, without making you feel like youre competing for his time.
