I first went to DNA Realty, to interview them as a possible property manager for my 5 units. The owner Natosha was awesome enough to tell me that "it seems like you have everything under control, and your tenants seem to have a personal relationship with you and your son" (my current property manager). DNA Realty went even further and was willing to answer some questions for me, and coach me through 2 successful evictions.
So naturally when I went to sell one of my units, I called Natosha. Natosha referred me to Nicole Horton. I am savvy when it comes to real-estate, but Nicole taught me several things during the selling process. I had a pristine property for sale , but it sat for a few weeks with no interest. Nicole was proactive and got a team of photographers in and took drone aerials, professional photos and virtual staged the place with modern furniture arrangements. And "presto".... I received an offer $6,000 over asking price . When it wasn't selling I was constantly asking Nicole to "add these photos"....then "remove this and that photo". Nicole was always prompt in her responses and would even touch base during the weeks of no interest. When I looked back at all of the emails and correspondences, I thought "I'm not paying her enough". And told her just that !!!! She assured me that I was no bother and we got the home sold.
I will be sure to use Nicole in the future. My son is currently using Nicole as his agent to find he and his new wife a home! As a matter of fact- I believe she just placed an offer for them. He's in good hands and you would be as well with Nicole going to bat for you. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.
