W listed our house with another realtor and got no real traction so after about a year, we approached Andrea Crossman about selling our unique property. We owned a 2600 sq ft home with a large kennel attached that was located on Blue Star Highway just south of Douglas, MI. The kennel was sitting on 20 acres, although it had been split into two parcels - one 4 acre chunk with the house, and one 16-acre wooded lot. The kennel was home to a working boarding, daycare, and rescue business as well which made it a little hard to represent.

Andrea had some interesting ideas on an approach to sales which, at first, I questioned in my head. However, her ideas turned out to be brilliant and we immediately saw an increase in interest. We split the home and parcel and listed them separately and it took little time before we had offers on both.

In the end, we sold the house and kennel and the 16-acre property separately for more than we originally listed them for together.

Our whole transaction was easy and smooth and we could not be happier. Andrea was easy to work with and has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. You could not possibly find a better realtor in Michigan, and probably beyond.
