Buying a house can be a nightmare, but Tim made it super easy. Tim Mathes went above and beyond helping me find a home in Jacksonville, Florida. I was not able to be there so Tim was my eyes and ears. He showed me many homes until Tim felt he had found the right one for me. He Facetimed me time and again so I could view the homes. Tim told me he would treat each home as if he were going to buy it himself. Tim helped me over and over and answered any questions I had without ever complaining. Afterwards he even found cleaners for me so the home would be ready to move in to. Tim is an excellent realtor and I would refer him to anyone that asks.
