Excellent choice for your real estate needs. We were out of town buyers and were not physically in Spokane. Tanya is an amazing realtor! She was on target every step of the process from when to list our home, price etc. Her marketing efforts not only showcased our home in a way that captured its best features, it created a bidding war which enabled us to accept an offer within three days, for a higher price than we were asking, a quick closing and the ability to rent back for three months. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, and with bad representation can be an absolute awful experience depending on the challenges presented during the process.
I was presented with a seller who had unreasonable expectations, and was failing to preform numerous contractural obligations. To make it more complicated I was out of the area for the majority of the process and had to rely on Tanya to be my eyes which were critical given certain aspects of the property.
