She worked hard, however, we had to continue to drop the price to get it sold after months on the market. Fickle market I'm not sure anyone really understands. Market was not willing to pay small premium for many amenities that neighbors did not have.

Patti is always searching to find you the home you are looking for. She is warm, caring, earnest, and extremely knowledgable. In finding my home and me making an offer, Patti was realistic, and knowing her market, saved me thousands of dollars on my initial suggestion for an offer. I am positively thrilled with my home. Patti makes is easy to feel like you are more than a client, and she works hard to make you happy. If I was ever in the market again for a new home, Patti would be my forever realtor!
