My wife and I meet Dawn about 4 years ago as I was preparing to buy a home so my father could remain in Florida. I wont go into all the details of this transaction, but I can you that Dawn went above and beyond what many realtors would have done in this circumstance. My wife and I live in Kansas so communication with the realtor is important Dawn kept us informed every step of the way. And after some ridiculous negotiations with the sellers she got the keys delivered. Fast forward 4 years my father recently passed away needless to say when it was time to sell the home the first call we made was to Dawn. Again, she stepped right in and helped us sell the home. My wife and I spent a couple weeks in Florida getting my fathers estate in order. There was of course a lot to do and Dawn stepped in helped us get the house ready for the market. Dawn had a buyer for the property within two weeks of being on the market and we closed on the sell with no problems within two months of listing the house. In short Dawn is simply the best realtor I have worked with she new the market staged the house beautifully and delivered the sell. I would highly recommend Dawn when it is time for me to retire to Florida, she will be the first person I call. Dawn does deliver the keys.
