Tanya was fantastic. She stepped in when my house did not sell and she was able to bring me an offer. My house is in a difficult market and it is at the high end of the spectrum. I had it listed first with two other realtors who were not even able to bring me an offer and were not interested in holding open houses to showcase it. Tanya worked harder than anyone else and got me the offer. In the end the offer was not quite high enough and after negotiations we chose not to sell, but if I had it to do over I would definitely select Tanya as my agent.
