We live in Virgina, and we were looking for a second "snowbird" home in Florida. We went to Florida and spent some time with Joseph looking at houses. We put an offer in on one and then went home to Virginia. Joseph was helpful in negotiating a lower price because of some water damage that was discovered during the home inspection. Then he was always helpful and willing to go to the house to check some things for us, since we were in Virginia and couldn't do it ourselves. Doing a long-distance closing from out or state is a little more complicated, and he was helpful in making sure all of the details went smoothly.
