Worst experience ever as a buyer with this listing Agent. We chose this home because the listing indicated that Natural Gas IS available at the end of the driveway! After closing, we contacted DTE and found out that natural gas is NOT available at the end of our driveway, therefore it will cost us approx. $9000 dollars to run the gas line to our home. We contacted Denise and explained the situation, she informed us that she would look into this and get back to us. She never did. We called and left voice mail messages, emails and no response from her. We then filed a complaint with GRAR for assitance, totally worthless. This company should be liable for this misleading information. Such an unprofessional business. BUYER and SELLER BE WARE! 2016
