Ruza was incredibly helpful during our home-selling process. We listed the house only a few days before the State of Michigan implemented the first Stay at Home orders. We were never able to work with Ruza in-person; instead 100% via phone, text and e-mail. Our home had 3 offers by the 3rd day and Ruza was responsive and proactive especially- considering we could not meet.
