Bruce has served as both a buying and listing agent for our family on several occasions over the past several years. In either case he will be the first one we call when a real-estate agent is needed. This most recent experience involved selling my moms house. Bruce advised on the best repairs to make so the house was made presentable at a reasonable cost and wisely avoided major improvements based on his experience with what buyers are looking for. The buying season was not in full force as the house went up for sale in early January but we were able to sell the house in a reasonable time frame. The online ad was done extremely professional with photos that highlighted the selling features of the house. Several open houses were set up to bring in potential buyers. There were several potential issues that took some extra effort including solar panel contracts that needed to transfer to new owners, a non-active HOA situation and POA matters that required Bruce to go beyond the norm but all matters where handled expertly due to Bruces legal background.
