I had a wonderful experience with Lem. He was always on top of things throughout the entire process. He communicated between the bank and other realtor and myself. He overall got the job done and remain calm even through trying times in the process. He was knowledgeable of the market and how things overall worked. Also he was able to talk the seller down 20,000.00 under the asking price which I felt was amazing! I just want to personally thank him for helping me find my dream
