My house was listed with another realtor for months, and we only had 4 showings. Jim was referred to me and after talking to him on the phone, decided he was the man for the job. He brought in professional photographers, which included drone video, and an interior designer to help stage the home, this made all the difference. The phone started ringing off the hook with showings!!! Jim had a contract on my house within 10 days. This was a difficult sale, as there was Court approval involved, contingency clauses in the contract, etc. Jim was able to navigate all the stumbling blocks and closed the sale right before Christmas.
