We have purchased 5 houses and sold 4 houses during our marriage, and this was our best experience, by a wide margin. Angeline knows the local market, knows what works and how it works. We would give her 10 Stars on Market Expertise if we could. Her input was spot on. She is honest and direct. Very straight shooter. She gave us a price range. We listed at the top of that range. Angie is the best. We spent literally a couple of years on and off looking at houses that most people wouldn't be interested in. we knew it would be impossible to find a house with everything we needed, so were looking at properties that needed a ton of work or could easily be changed, and most importantly had some decent land. She was patient looking at houses most people would cringe at, but the fact that she actually had the enthusiasm to match ours in seeing the potential a property had, showed she genuinely cared about our happiness. we finally found 16 acres right down the street from us, with a total mess/disaster of a house on it that needs to be torn down, and she was just so genuinely happy to help. she took care of everything, even the hassle of a closing. she is top notch, and i can wait to have her help sell my house once we build our new house. 2020
