Alex was great to us! We were moving from out of state so her local knowledge was extremely helpful. I felt like she pointed out things while viewing homes that we wouldn't know to look for or what we were looking at. That made us feel like we were more prepared to make an offer in a crazy market where inspections were routinely being waived.
When we finally had an accepted offer on a house the appraisal came in way lower than we expected. Alex gathered comps for us and reached out to the appraiser to plead the case for a higher appraisal. We all thought it was a long shot, but Alex got it done and the appraisal was resubmitted at the price point we were expecting. Had this not happened we likely would have had to walk away.

As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Alex was always available and patient, making sure we felt comfortable and informed.
