Miranda Watson was highly recommended by someone we knew and she exceeded our expectations with her knowledge, hard work, and her enthusiasm for living in Lincoln, as well as the personal care she demonstrated to us as we looked for a home.
We learned a lot from Miranda in what to look for in houses and what little details could mean in the care of a house. She demonstrated a strong knowledge of different Lincoln neighborhoods and was a great ambassador for her community. It is evident that she loves her town and that she is eager to share that enthusiasm with home buyers. Since we lived out of state, she guided us on several virtual showings and was fantastic at explaining what we were seeing on screen as well as what was in the surrounding neighborhood. Miranda did an excellent job of explaining the closing process with us and was good at communicating the steps along the way.
Miranda was a great person to work with. She was always professional, yet was friendly and personable. Our family always felt cared for by Miranda. She took the time to get to know the things in a home that were most important to us and helped us to find places that would be a good fit. We could tell she has a passion for what she does and that she was excited for us when we found a home that fit all of our needs.
