We were relocating to Naples. We found a place on realtor.com. Mandy called us quickly. We had 3 conversations with them and told them we like one specific place. She went there once and never again. We ended up signing with the developer. Her name was on on contract and she got $12,000 even though we never met them. We asked for a SMALL portion back since they did not do any of the work and they HUNG UP ON US! Extremely rude. Ended up taking the commission and we have never met them. 2019

George and Mandy Navarro went above and beyond on the service they provided in getting my mom's house sold. First off they met with us at 7am Sunday morning to present their company to us and was prepared for our meeting. Once we decided to go with them they had a professional photographer come out and take some awesome pictures of the house. Then they held open houses almost every weekend except for the weekend we were loading up the house for my mom to move out. Anytime they needed to show the house they would contact us first for permission. We sold the house in a month but ran into issues at closing with an open permit...I thought this was going to delay closing by a month(keep in mind I'm a 4 hour car ride away) but George was having not of that...he was went to the city multiple times and really helped move the process along. We were able to get an extension, schedule an inspection(George put together all the documentation for the permit and hung it at the house for the inspector) and got the permit closed in less than a week thus letting us close two days early. I don't usually do reviews but these guys don't mess around when it comes to selling a house and finishing the process. You can't go wrong with them being your realtors! I would definitely reccomend Jorge and Mandy Navarro. Its initial meeting was helpful information and explained their process in a way that definitely showed their experience in real estate . All question asked was fulfill, all process during the selling and negotiating was excellent, it was surprising becouse the house was sold on the second day in which was posted in the market they had an professional photographer taken pictures of the property and everything was well done with knowledge and professional experience. I'm in another state, and trying to sell my home remotely. Within 10 minutes of posted on Zillow Mandy call me. My expectations of selling the home would be approximated 6 months. Surprise, home was sold within 3 weeks of listed. During the process, Mandy always there to answer any questions or concerns.
