We worked with Julie to purchase a mobile home recently and would NOT recommend her services. We understand that not all transactions will go according to plan and that there are often unforeseen circumstances-this is not our first home purchase/sale. That said, we found Julie to be impatient, unprofessional, and unethical.

Ours was a scenario in which she represented both the buyer and seller and we often felt that she was not a neutral party. She suggested we use "her" home inspector for the home inspection but we felt uncomfortable with this as he had just completed quite a bit of AC work on behalf of the seller and we wanted an objective opinion. We paid an inspector to come out and perform the inspection but Julie failed to make sure the water was turned on on-time, so the inspector had to come back out to re-inspect. Julie said that the water didn't need to be on because there weren't any leaks but agreed via text prior to scheduling the re-inspect that they would pay the reinspection fee. Ultimately the home inspector would not release the final report to us because she never paid the fee and her defense was that if we had used HER inspector he wouldn't have charged one. She stiffed him on his services and it led to a awkward conversation with the home inspector on our end. She did not care. Ironically enough, there WERE water leaks despite her insisting that there were none.

Unfortunately for all parties involved there ended up being a title issue that could not have been predicted. Julie quickly became frustrated and impatient with the process and insisted repeatedly that we back out of the sale and look for another home, even going so far as to say she would re-list the home at a higher price than the agreed upon sale price?! She repeatedly attempted to bully my father and was unprofessional. It took a few months to resolve and her communication during that time-frame was lacking. We had to call the title company directly several times to get updates on what was happening. On two occasions she was audacious enough to YELL and curse at my elderly father for not agreeing to back out of the sale. I was appalled at her lack of professionalism but he asked me not to address it with her directly as he didn't want to further slow down the process.
